Ok, well, now that we're back home from Hawaii (Btw, I sent you a postcard, hope you got it?!) and I got things unpacked, washed and re-organized to my liking (the people that stayed here with Diesel decided to put things back where they thought they should go, instead of how I had them and overflowed the tub upstairs, so Fred had to repair the living room ceiling. I swear, always something); now, maybe, I can try to get back into my normal routine. Although, I used to get up at 5am and now I sleep til 7am. I got caught up on all my email and wanted to come and check out your new blog page.

Way cool, Shan. Awesome job. I'd be lost, as I have no clue how to do that stuff. I saved it in my favorites and made a folder for all
your links. I call it: Shannon's websites.

Take care.
Hope all is well with everyone.
Love you and miss you lots.
Have a great day.

This is really a nice idea.. I hope you're saving it as you go along.

I regret that I cannot be closer to watch them grow and share with them some "grandpaisms" to help guide them up and down life's path.

There are people in this world who shouldn't have children, (octo-mom comes to mind), but then there are those who should have a dinner table full. You fit into that last catagory of course.

I hope you don't tire of keeping this blog... it will be a treasure for them at some point in their lives. A link to their past, their siblings, and Mom & Dad.

Although I can see my Mom & Dad in my mind's eye, I have little in the way of photos or writing with which to connect... I wish I did.

Give them love even when they have been very very bad, and always have dinner at the table as a family. Let no one leave without being excused. Communicate. Praise should last longer than anger, and both conditions should remind them that you love them.

Love to all from your not really 'anonymous' father. (Motorcycle Grandpa)
